I have been so grateful to support families at this hospital. I spent time here welcoming 2 babies into families last week, and am now thankful for a little birth break. A little thank you note from a lovely family after providing some night support. A little birth pool calmness Cohort 1 of the Camosun Doula training is complete! We are so proud of the group we had, and can’t wait to hear their stories of helping families. When you run into a former Doula and a midwife at the Eras Tour! Having a Doula in the OR during your cesarean can help lessen anxiety and help with skin to skin after birth. I also take photos and help the partner stay calm.
